Introduction to Machine Operation :

1.This equipment needs 30cm fence leading-in section. It is recommended that when placing the cutting plate on the laser cutting equipment, place it close to one side as far as possible, and keep each fence rack with no less than 30cm clean lead-in section. The rapier rack shall not be bent, and the blade teeth shall not be missing or seriously deformed. If there is deformation and bending, it shall be corrected with spanner and other tools.
2.Place the slag remover on the fence rack which needs slag removal, and the rack is in the middle of the gap of slag removal cutter head.
3.Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch on the equipment when the "slag removal" button is turned off.
4.Tur on the "slag removal" switch, and the slag removal motor starts slowly.
5.After the slag removal motor starts normally, press the "Rev" button on the walking panel, and the equipment will walk automatically to remove slag.
6.According to the amount of slag in the fence, the best speed of slag removal can be infinitely adjusted by adjusting the speed knob on the walking panel. The apparent value on the walking panel is the slag removal speed,unit: "m 1 min"
7.In case of jamming in front of obstacles, turn off the slag removal switch. Press the "stop" button on the walking panel, and then press the "FWD" button. After the equipment retreats for a certain distance, press the "stop" button again to check the cause of the jamming and clear the blocking obstacles, and then press the "Rev" button to move forward.
8.After cleaning a rack, please turn off the "slag removal" switch in advance. After the slag removal motor stops,manually move to the next fence rack or use the crane to change the position to start cleaning. You can also press the "FWD" button to return the equipment to the starting point, and change another fence rack to continue cleaning.
9.In the process of use, if the equipment is abnormal, please cut off the power supply immediately, and then operate after troubleshooting.
10.The slag removal blade will wear normally. When the slag removal blade needs to be replaced, open the right cover of the equipment (there is no switch and the side of the operation panel), then open the inner blade guard panel, fix the blade with a tool, loosen the blade fixing nut with a 32 # wrench anticlockwise.
11.blade direction, replace the new blade, and then tighten the blade fixing nut (certain) Then install the blade guard panel and cover
12.When the equipment is not in use, it should be stored in a dry and cool place. Pay attention that the power cord should not contact oil to avoid damaging the power cord.
