Disc Brush

ADV disc brushes ensure good processing results. Depending on the application, different designs are used. While our slag hammer simply chips off the slag, discs with abrasive filaments ensure the non-directional edge rounding of your sheet metal edges. Even oxide removal can be accomplished with ADV disc brushes by using the appropriate machine.


Deslagging Disc

The slag removal disc is mainly used for the dross and cutting slag remaining on the workpiece after plasma and flame cutting. The pins are detachable, which can effectively extend the service life of the abrasives


Deburring disc

Deburring disc is used for further deburring and rounding of sheet metal after the R station. 40, 60 and 80 grits are usually used.
