ADV 509 automatic gantry long belt grinding finishing machine
1. The ADV 509 is a long belt machine with a flexible abrasive belt that enables flat surface finishing, as well as corners or the edges of materials. This machine is also ideal for irregular shapes polishing as well as for weld removal.
2. The ADV 509 is for grinding, deburring, and polishing the surface of the metal, and can remove burrs, welds, rust, and oxide layers of metal surfaces.
3. According to the polishing process of the workpiece, we are equipped with 2 sets of grinding heads, one set of abrasive belt grinding heads is used for grinding and brushing, and one set of buffing wheel grinding heads is used for mirror polishing.
4. According to the customer's product, the machine has 2 working modes, one is to move the worktable by the motor. The other is to move the beam by the motor.
Working principle:
For No.4, hairline polishing
The abrasive belt rotates at high speed, the die wheel presses on the abrasive belt and moves left and right, and the beam (or worktable) moves at a constant speed or intermittently to form different patterns.
For mirror polishing
Swinging mechanism: Its role is to achieve the rocking motion required for mirror polishing. It consists of a guide rail, slider, motor, and reducer.
Automatic waxing system:
The system's role is to provide the wax required for mirror polishing, consisting of wax barrel wax.
