Mechanical structure and description
The machine is mainly composed of a frame and platform, a grinding head mechanism, a grinding head longitudinal conveying mechanism, a pneumatic mechanism and an electrical control mechanism.
Machine frame and platform:
The main function of the frame is to support the entire grinding head,place and position the workpiece, which is mainly made of steel plates and profiles, and the surface is processed by a milling machine after welding. By placing the plate differently, can get HL and cross line.
Grinding head mechanism: The function of the grinding head is to support the scotch brite belt , the grinding head cylinder is pressed down, and the scotch brite are directly in contact with the plate. Through the friction between the plate and the scotch brite, a uniform line is obtained. The scotch brite is fixed by a clamp. The grinding head is composed of a supporting mechanism, a fixture mechanism, a group of cylinder down pressure, a mounting plate.
Longitudinal conveying mechanism: The function of the mechanism is to provide the movement of the grinding head along the length of the workpiece required for grinding the workpiece. It consists of linear guide rails, sliders, motor, etc.
Pneumatic mechanism: The main function of the system is to supply the cylinder with energy and control its action. It is mainly composed of trachea, control elements, actuators, pneumatic accessories, etc.
Electrical control mechanism: The function of the system is to input commands and realize control of the machine movement. The machine is controlled by button switch It is mainly composed of an operation panel and an electric control cabinet. It consists of frequency converter , electromagnetic valve low-voltage electrical appliances.
