Dual-Vibration Stainless Steel Polishing Machine 506 - Coarse random pattern metal sheets & Twin-Polisher

This machine is mainly used for surface cross line processing of various non-ferrous flat metals (industrial panels above 3mm need to be processed to 8K or polished to 400# with abrasive belts). According to the processing purpose, scotch brite belt are used for hairline. It has characteristics of less time and high processing efficiency.

Horizontal swing mechanism: 

The function of this mechanism is to provide the movement along the width of the workpiece required by during grinding. It consists of guide rails,roller and motor. 

Longitudinal conveying mechanism: The function of this mechanism is to provide the movement of the die wheel (plate) along the length direction of the workpiece required for grinding the workpiece. It is composed of a motor, a universal joint, and a rubber-coated roller combined transmission. The grinding is completed by passing through two sets of grinding heads. 

Non-power loading tables: 

Available width is 1500mm and available length is 6000 mm. 

Pneumatic mechanism:The main function of the system is to supply the cylinder with energy and control its action. It is mainly composed of trachea, control elements, actuators, pneumatic accessories, etc. 

Electrical control mechanism: 

The function of the system is to input commands and realize program control of the machine movement. It is mainly composed of an operation console and an electric control cabinet. It consists of frequency converter and various low-voltage electrical appliances
