Laminating for surface protection :
Double-sided Automatic Film Laminating Machine
The frame is welded from national standard 125×125 H-beam steel.
The upper and lower conveying rubber rollers have a diameter of Φ125mm and are made of acid and alkali resistant nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR).
An independent control cabinet with a touch screen makes operation extremely simple; manual and automatic modes can be switched arbitrarily, offering flexibility and convenience.
A programmable PLC, controller, and infrared sensors precisely control the servo motor, planetary gearbox, and pneumatic components to automatically complete a series of actions such as panel position detection, feeding, film laminating, and film cutting.

Q: What are the links of the sheet metal production line?
A: The sheet metal production line consists of several key links that work together to create high-quality sheet metal products. The main links of the sheet metal production line include:
Stacker(Handling Equipment - loader/unloader)
Abrasive wide Belt Stations
Cleaning Section
Wet/Dry Operation
Film spreader for surface protection
Q: What is the polishing finish process?
A: Generally, polishing involves using an abrasive material to finish a metal surface. It aims to remove scratches and nicks from finished machined parts while improving their shine and luster. As a result of buffing, the polished surface achieves a hairline finish.
Q: What Our Stainless Steel Coil Polishing Line Delivers ?
A: Our wet polishing system enhances the appearance and durability of stainless steel and aluminum with uniform finishes tailored to your exact technical needs. Leveraging cutting-edge coil polishing machines, we deliver repeatable finishes that align with tight surface and dimensional tolerances—essential for end-use applications where visual quality and structural reliability matter.
Q: What is coil polishing and why is it important?
A: Coil polishing is a precision finishing process designed to improve the surface quality and appearance of metal coils, most commonly stainless steel or aluminum. It removes surface imperfections, enhances brightness, and produces a uniform, consistent finish across the entire coil width. This process plays a crucial role in boosting corrosion resistance, which extends the life of the material in challenging environments. It also contributes to increased product value by improving surface uniformity and reducing the need for additional processing. Coil polishing is essential for meeting stringent aesthetic and performance specifications across industries such as architecture, transportation, appliances, and food processing equipment.
