Machine features:

1.  Mainly for all kinds of steel pipes (rods), aluminum pipes, copper pipes, stainless steel pipes, and other hardware surface polishing, sanding, polishing, brushing, and other processing.

2.  The product is transported through the feeding wheel, and abrasive belts or polishing wheels of different grits can be installed to complete the effect of coarse grinding to fine polishing on the surface at one time;  The surface effect is uniform, fine, and easy to operate.

3.  The distance between grinding wheels can be adjusted rapidly according to the different sizes of the pipe diameter.  The feeding speed can be adjusted according to the requirements of the pipe surface.

4.  The main shaft 40 chrome material is treated by conditioning and grinding, and the main shaft adopts the original bearings imported from Japan NSK

5.  The dust cover, sand belt, polishing wheel, and feeding rack can be selected according to requirements.

How to use polishing abrasives correctly?
